Merry Popin connects small and mid-sized businesses looking for a brick-and-mortar retailing experience, with brick-and-mortar businesses that are open to sharing their space for a profit.
Through Merry Popin, individuals, and small and mid-sized businesses will be able to list, browse, search, discover, and book a physical store or space to sell directly to their target consumers in any location they see fit
In-person customer experience and networking events are powerful ways for customers to immerse themselves in your brand and for small businesses to attract and retain customers.
Pop-in can be fruitful for you or your business to:

Merry Popin will go ahead and process your payment.
Unfortunately, tenants can decline your request due to discrepancies between your businesses or availabilities but don’t be discouraged if that happens.
Merry Popin provides tons of wonderful spaces, and we urge you to book another one.
After signing up, you might exchange messages with hosts through Merry Popin requesting additional information or simply to let them know you are interested and why you think is a great idea to pop-in into their store.
Be mindful that carrying business or making reservations outside Merry Popin goes against our policy and may be deemed as risky as you lose all protections and safeguards that we provide.
Merry Popin is a social and friendly marketplace, but exchanging contact information such as emails, phone numbers, skype, or any external links is not allowed. All communication must go through Merry Popin.
You can bring someone to help you set up the space. Once you start, no one is allowed to help you with your pop-in unless previously agreed with your host.
All family and friends are welcome during pop-in for emotional support and of course, to buy from you.
It all starts with finding the perfect space and location. Please, refer to our resource center for more information on how to prepare for a successful popin.
You can change the dates of your reservation depending on your host’s availability and of course their cancelation policy. Just make sure you read it and check all allocated costs or fees before doing so. Alternatively, you can contact your host to negotiate new dates.
Once you create your account, you will have access to your dashboard with all notifications, including your booking status, messages, and upcoming bookings.
You may be able to cancel your reservation depending on your host’s cancelation policy. Please, make sure you read it and check all allocated costs or fees before doing so. Alternatively, you can contact your tenant to negotiate the terms. However, if the tenant hasn’t gotten back to you confirming the reservation, you can cancel it at no charge.
We are sorry to hear that. If your payment was charged, we will refund you in full. However, we encourage you to book another space.
If you are eligible for a refund, you should expect it within 15 to 20 business days, depending on your method of payment, bank, or credit card issuer.
When you make a reservation for a space, your payment may be temporarily authorized. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will be charged, and payment will be processed in full.
Payments via wire or bank transfers or any other type of payment outside Merrypopin Marketplace is strictly forbidden.
If you cancel a Booking or don’t show up, any cancellation/no-show fee or refund will depend on the Service Provider’s cancellation/no-show policy.
Merry Popin currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Payments via wire or bank transfers or any other type of payment outside Merrypopin Marketplace is strictly forbidden.
We will be constantly adding new payment methods, depending on the country your payment account is located in. Please, be on the lookout for updates.
It all depends.
You won’t be asked for a security deposit but if you, someone you invite for help, or your pet cause any damage to the space, or house rules are violated, we may charge the guest payment method on the file.

Brick-and-mortar landlords and tenants have the power to empower and uplift businesses and communities across the globe. Pop-in is strategic for brick-and-mortar to:

- First, you need to sign-up and create an account. After that, you will be taken to a dashboard where you can add information such as the description of your store or space, add beautiful pictures of the space, amenities, a location map, and why not a warm welcome intro video about you, your business and space. Note that sharing contact information is forbidden.
Within the Video and image section of your listing, the following content isn’t permitted:
- Inappropriate content considered not to be family friendly
- Broken videos or images with embedding disabled
- Videos/images showing another space other than the specific space advertised in the listing
- Videos/images showing contact information such as phone numbers, email address and/or websites
When you sign-up to create a profile, you will have access to a dashboard where you will have all information about your listing, including reservations, emails, messages and calendar. There, you will be able to see your reservation status and confirm, cancel, or allow change requests from SMBs and individuals.
Booking request can be decline due to discrepancies between your businesses or availabilities but we urge you not to, if there is not a valid reason.
Keep in mind that any type of discrimination is harmful and perpetuates inequality. Merry Popin is against all kinds of discrimination.
